Amateur fishing in lakes located on the area of the “Bory Tucholskie” National Park is acceptable only under a written permit issued by the Director of the “Bory Tucholskie” National Park. It is issued in compliance with the Regulation of the Director of the “Bory Tucholskie” National Park (full text of the binding regulation is available at http://bip.pnbt.com.pl/).

The regulation specifies, among others, amateur rules for fishing, the catch area and prices for permits. The following lakes are rendered available for amateur fishing: the Ostrowite, Zielone, Jeleń, Płęsno, Skrzynka Lakes. Additionally, each of the above mentioned lakes has a determined near-the-shore area where fishing is allowed.
